Medina - A city in Saudi Arabia... never been there, but aspire to one day!
Troy, a somewhat popular boys name. An ancient ruined city.
Perhaps you've named your child after the city where you conceived your child, or maybe after the town where you met your partner. Or perhaps its just a pure coincidence! All in all, names can be found everywhere. Maybe just look up the atlas if you get stuck. LOL
